Can I Suspend or Cancel My Subscription?

You can suspend or cancel your TimeStation subscription at any time by following the steps below:

1) Login to your account at
2) Click on "Settings"
3) Click on "Billing Plan"
4) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the link to cancel your subscription

All your data and settings are saved while your subscription is suspended, when you're ready to restart your subscription just login to your TimeStation account and click on "Change Billing Plan"

Please note that if you have less than 11 employees and less than 3 administrators, your account will be switched back to the free 10 employee plan.
